20 Extraordinary Sets of Free Google Chrome Icon
Looks like an extra layer got stuck in there somewhere for the dA Green and beyond, leaving the extra box around the whole image for the rest of the thumbnails. I'd make sure you have the right layer selected and the files open in the right order. It gets kind of picky, but is certainly easier then trying to do all that manually.
I'm sitting on about 20 icons that I plan on putting in the Mach4 format. I absoutly love the look and can't express enough how much I appreciate having the templates avaliable so I can fill in the gaps and keep a consistent UI.
